ESTJ hands are firm, square, with affirmed physical presence. In palmistry, it is the dominant Te + auxiliary Si combination: the will reads in the thumb, the reliability reads in the stability of the life line. It's the hand of the natural frame, in the sense of organization, not rigidity.

Square and dense palm, square fingers, wide and willful thumb. The skin is firm, the handshake frank. The mount of Jupiter is present without dominating. Mostly it's the base of the thumb (mount of Venus) and the thumb's power that dominate visually.

Powerful thumb with willful phalanx. First phalanx (will) wide and straight, second phalanx (logic) firm. Decision capacity and ability to hold the decision, pure Te signature.
Long and straight fate line. It crosses the palm without great deviation. Orderly career, respected stages, structured ambition. Few breaks, when there are they are clean and chosen.
Deep life line. Well marked, regular. Reliable vitality, work endurance, pragmatic relationship to the body (auxiliary Si).
Crossed reading
A short and straight head line is frequent: the ESTJ decides fast without losing themselves in nuances, maximum efficiency, but beware of the human cost (inferior Fi). If your heart line is shorter than your head line, you express little but commit strongly. A star on the mount of Saturn announces publicly recognized professional success.
